RECAP: BGSE & The PowerHouse Agency Host Inaugural Trendsetters Gifting Suite

In celebration of the 2014 ESPY Awards, BG Sports Enterprises Inc. and The PowerHouse Agency hosted its first ever Trendsetters Celebrity Gifting Suite on July 15, in Los Angeles, CA. There were over 50 celebrities and athletes in attendance for the event including: NBA player Baron Davis, former NFL wide receiver Terrell Owens, Detroit Lions wide receiver Golden Tate, Seattle Seahawks safety Jeron Johnson, Denver Broncos tight end Julius Thomas, recording artist Christina Milian, and actress Vivica A. Fox, just to name a few.

This successful event provided an enjoyable environment and a unique experience for those present, as brands had the opportunity to engage and build relationships with a prestigious network for positive exposure. The athlete and celebrity guests were not left disappointed or empty handed, as they were exposed to a variety of different brands from luxury, fashion, lifestyle, technology, and many more. These guests were pampered with complimentary grooming, massages and body ink services as well as gifted a plethora of great products such as apparel, skincare, watches, accessories, gaming units, health technology gadgets, fitness tools and lifestyle goods from a variety of quality, high-end and luxury brands.

Originally developed by PR veteran, Linda Luna of The PowerHouse Agency, The ESPYS Trendsetters Suite was meant to cater to a universal celebrity crowd, especially the male celebrity. With years of participating in a variety of gifting suites with her clients, Linda began to notice a lack of products available to her male clients, specifically athletes, which eventually would turn her clients off from attending anymore gifting suites. Linda and BG Sports Enterprises Inc. CEO Brittany Gilman then joined forces to create the ESPYS Trendsetters Suite and partnered with a variety of brands that would not only cater to the male celebrity but would also reignite a positive gifting experience for athletes and celebrities.
