Antoine Bethea fan Logo Design contest!

Grand prize receives 2 tickets to the
2014 Niners home game opener on September 14^th

versus the Chicago Bears

 

Please follow these steps to be eligible:

1. Send your design entry to BetheaLogo@BGSEInc.com

Design must meet the following requirements:

-Must be original material
-Must not include any pre-existing logos (i.e. NFL, San Francisco 49ers, etc.)
-Must be submitted in a .JPEG or .PDF high resolution format

2. Include in your email the following statement:

“I, <insert your name>, am submitting my original design attached to this email for the Antoine Bethea logo contest. I give Antoine Bethea and affiliates the rights to use and display my design aka “Antoine Bethea Logo” in a lieu of the logo design contest. I also understand that if my logo is chosen, that I will be required to sign a release form in order to claim my prize. This email with these statements serve as my agreement to the above terms.”

3. You will be notified by email if your design is chosen and at that time required to sign a release form to claim your tickets.

Logo Design Contest Entry Rules:

This contest is open to the public. There is no entry fee for this contest. Please submit Original Material Only, Antoine Bethea and BGSE Inc. and affiliates will not be held responsible for any copyright infringements. Game Tickets will be left at will call the day of the game under the winners name. Ticket seat location will be released upon pick-up. This logo design contest is not affiliated with the NFL and is for the sole purpose of usage by Antoine Bethea.
